ADSL modem seems lost

With eWON-ADSL (2104 and 4104), the ADSL modem can be powered off.

Then, looking in the System Info page (Diagnostic->Status->Info), you don't see the ADSL modem information. 

Trying to view the ADSL Log , returns an empty screen
and an error in the events log. 

This ADSL modem power off can be found in two cases:

1. When the username and password of the ADSL account are empty.
2. When the ADSL Connection TimeOut is set to zero.

To power the modem, simply go on the ADSL Interface configuration page (SystemSetup->Communication->Interfaces->ADSL), set the Username and password and reboot.

The ADSL modem is now powered and you can view it in the Status->Info page.
