ECatcher Free on Win7 without IE

Is eCatcher will run on Windows7 if IE (Internet Explorer) is not installed?

We uninstall IE from Window7 and install Chrome.

In direct UDP or TCP connection, eCatcher is able to connect to talk2M Free without any problem.

On the other hand, trying to pass throug the proxy is not functional.
