How monitor the GSM antenna level by script?

You need to create a Tag like following:

IOSERVER: EWON
TOPIC: SYS
ADDRESS: GSM_LEV

For an optimal use, this signal range must be between 20 and 31 (signal levels lower than 18 will work, but the communications could be slower or even interrupted).
Check your local environment and your antenna isolation/power if you get a 0 or a 99.
 

note: The value of this tag is updated only every minute
  and ONLY when the modem is not in communication
That means if you are permanently connected in GPRS, the GSM_LEV tag will be never updated
