To debug a GPRS connection, the Support Team could ask you to record the dump.ppp file.

  1. Configure the eWON to record this dump.ppp file

  2. Then, put the eWON "on Internet" ... by enable the "Maintain connection" for example.
     
  3. Then BY FTP, go on the eWON and get the file dump.ppp and send it to the Support Team.
