How to reach more than 3 PLC

For each I/O Server, there are 3 topics (A, B, C) that you can define. 
The Topic will determine the frequency of polling and can also specify on which PLC you would like to read the Tags.
If you want to poll on more then 3 PLC then do not specify the destination equipment in the Topic, but specify it in the Tag configuration.
