If you encounter problems at the installation of ViewON2 software, you can generate a LogFile during this installation.

When you execute the installation program, add the /log=c:\VO2Log.txt parameter.

For example in a DOS box, you will have

setup.exe /log=c:\VO2Log.txt

The file c:\VO2Log.txt will be filled with all information about the viewON2 installation.
