eWON has an internal LogBook called "Event Log" where it stores all system messages (error, warning or trace).
To display the Event Log use the Diagnostic/ Event Log menu as shown hereunder.
You can also get the Event Log by the Files Transfer menu or by FTP (on the eWON root directory). The file is called events.txt.
In the table below are listed some of the error codes that could appear in the Event Log. You will there also find some hints on how to solve the problem.
