-27246 emodem-Modem detected does not match expected and modem will be reset  ppp 

This error message indicates that the eWON tried to detect the internal modem, but that the detected modem does not correspond to the modem eWON has been configured for.

The eWON comcfg.txt file contains information about the modem type which eWON tries to detect at eWON boot. (Parameters ModExpType and ModFrcType). 
This information must fit the installed hardware modem type, otherwise eWON will not be able to communicate with the modem.

Probably you realized a backup on this eWON using the configuration of an eWON with an other modem type.

To solve the problem you have 2 solutions:
Solution1:  Reset the communication parameters of the eWON to default settings (System Setup/ Communication/ Manag Config/ Default Config) and reboot your eWON. Please note that you will lose all the communication settings of the eWON, only the LAN IP address will leave unchanged.

Solution2:  Using FTP, change the ModExptype and the ModFrcType parameters to the correct value. Refer to the following document (Link between hardware modem and software modem type) to get the correct parameters  for the modem which is installed in your eWON. After modification of the ModExptype and ModFrcType parameter reboot your eWON. 

If you use solution 2, then also make sure to reset the Modem Init String to its standard configuration for the detected modem (System Setup/ Communication/ Interfaces/ Modem). Just clear this line to restore default values.
